Our client owns a block of flats in Bedford that needs internal refurbishment and external improvement works.

MAW is managing the internal fit-out process, including designing new kitchens, bathrooms and decoration. Our team is also project managing the work.

The building upgrades are required to improve thermal efficiency and to achieve an EPC rating that meets new legislation for rental properties. MAW will be designing an external insulation system and other improvements to enhance the building.

We will also be looking at options for extending the block to create additional apartments, enhancing the value of the property.
